This time around I selected tables and had fun returning to my graphic style. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They like the pieces titled, so these are called Night and Day and are 20"L x 18"W x 16 1/2"H.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.lesliepease.com/images/2009/peri.jpg" width=50%&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Periwinkle Blue table.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.lesliepease.com/images/2009/yellow.jpg" width=80%&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Happy Sunflower Yellow.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.lesliepease.com/images/2009/yellow-02.jpg" width=50%&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The brown in the center appears more blotchy than it really is, in real life. I believe it's because of the semi-gloss finish and the glare of the flash on the camera. The lemons are much more yellow and the whites brighter. Haha... okay, bad joke.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I belong to the Amherst Junior Women's. The club is a great group that works hard all winter, raising money for various charities. This year, the auction committee decided instead of having the formal auction at the country club, they'd have many local artists paint Adirondack Chairs, which will be auctioned in April. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am flattered to say, I was one of the artists the committee asked!!! It was fun, being involved and am so eager to see what the other artists have done.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just hope it gets at least one bid!!! I am so nervous. Received the phone call yesterday and went this morning to hang my pieces. They didn't seem to be so crooked in real life. Although it dumped a bunch of snow the end result wasn’t as bad as we feared because it didn’t turn to rain as expected so shoveling wasn’t nearly as difficult!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In honor of St Patrick’s Day I placed the lemon on a green towel and the background is a deep rich green.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Boy it was nice to be painting again. Hope the next few weeks aren't as busy as these last couple so that I can paint some more!
